7. Seller sends an invitation letter to buyer to visit the yard.
8. Buyer visits the yard.
9. After yard visit, the buyer will open a non-transferable Letter of Credit, 100% payable on sight, confirmed and irrevocable.
10. Seller will open a 2% performance bond against the buyer's letter of credit to activate the letter of credit.
11. Shipping commences.
